Iridology: Iris Analysis
Iridology is the study of the iris of the eye to identify your inherited and acquired, strengths and weaknesses, on physical, emotional and mental levels. Each part of your body is mapped out to correspond with specific zones and sections in each eye. The iris is composed of hundreds of thousands of nerve endings, each connected by impulses to every tissue of the body via the brain and nervous system. The stroma, or fibres of the eye contain thousands of vascular filaments and nerve endings, and it is the arrangement of these filaments that form the iris picture.
What can iridology tell me?
Iridology can provide an array of information, including emotional influences that may be impacting your food and lifestyle choices, whether you are more responsive to audio or visual information and what your natural talents are most likely to be. It works seamlessly with nutrition and herbal medicine to support effective decision-making.
Iridology does not diagnose disease but reveals the under or over activity of organs, inflammation, and levels, location and type of acquired toxicity.
Eye colour, the texture and formation of the fibres of the iris, pigmentation and specific markings indicate your inherited and acquired predispositions, and current health of body tissue. Inherited conditions can remain latent or show signs of activity. Knowing your vulnerabilities gives you the option to take preventative measures.
Your iris analysis enables me to identify the key dietary and lifestyle changes, and herbal remedies that will benefit you most; and how you can initiate changes in a way that fits who you are and how you live your life.
What are the benefits of iridology?
As a preventative measure iridology can highlight where poor nutrition, dehydration, stress or lack of exercise is undermining your body’s natural healing ability. It will highlight the foods, herbs and types of activity that can benefit you most. It empowers you to make informed dietary and lifestyle changes for immediate and long-term health gains.
It can be profound to view a large image of your eyes. Think of an iris analysis as an opportunity to receive some of the best self-care advice you will probably ever get.
It is more important to know what sort of person has a disease than to know what sort of disease a person has.
